What's up with Chris?

This is a journal of my recent life in a far off land. Things started off very difficult for me here, and only got worse when I left for Thailand and came back. I am hoping for a drastic turn-around. This journal will show whether or not that happens. Remember, it starts from the bottom!

What I look for in life seems so simple to me, yet so impossible to find and hold on to.

The last photo taken before my camera bit the dust. I had just crossed a raging river (had to leave my shorts behind, with my camera, unfortunately), and I saw the most incredible waterfall.

Your camera's dead? Ouch. I'm sorry to hear that. But you still seem to be kicking, which is good. The waterfall must have been great.

Did your camera die or get stolen?
Chris, be careful...raging rivers...are you nuts? Can you afford all these expenses?

Taiwan and Christopher's electronics do not mix. Are you in the process of reverting to a feral state perhaps? This has got to be getting expensive... well, I suppose it's only expensive if you try to replace anything. But I'm more interested in the shorts. How did they react when you drove back into town in your underwear? :-D
